Jeremiah 1:12

Then the LORD said to me, "You have seen well, for I am watching over My word to perform it."

Isaiah 42:16

"I will lead the blind by a way they do not know, In paths they do not know I will guide them. I will make darkness into light before them And rugged places into plains. These are the things I will do, And I will not leave them undone."

Ephesians 3:6

to be specific, that the Gentiles are fellow heirs and fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel.

Matthew 6:32-33

32 For all these things the Gentiles eagerly seek; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.

MATTHEW 7:7-11

7 Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened to you.

8 For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it shall be opened. 9 Or what man is there among you, when his son shall ask him for a loaf, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he shall ask for a fish, he will not give him a snake, will he? 11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him!

Judges 7:2

The LORD said to Gideon, "The people who are with you are too many for Me to give Midian into their hands, for Israel would become boastful, saying, 'My own power has delivered me.'

Psalm 23:1> The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

Psalm34:9-10

9 O fear the LORD, you His saints; For to those who fear Him, there is no want.

10 The young lions do lack and suffer hunger; But they who seek the LORD shall not be in want of any good thing.

The hardest thing about believing God's promises is the willingness to stake my life on them. There is a wonderful book entitled "Believing God," by Dr. R. C. Sproul, Jr, in which the author discusses twelve of God's promises that Christians struggle to believe. It's available from Ligonier Ministries at ligonier.org in audio format, as well as downloadable version that can be read with System Access.
