Thanksgiving is always a joyful time of year for me. This year I celebrated my 12th year following Jesus. It was 12 years ago at a Thanksgiving table that God reached out to this lost soul and told me HE had a better purpose for my life than the one I had been living for.

We spent our Holiday quietly with my wife and 4 of my 5 children. My daughter Roxanna was visiting family up north. The food was great and I am sure we all ate more than we should. I took some time to contemplate on just how far The Lord has brought me, and oh yes, how far I still have to go. Philippians 1:6 For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.

We have been working to put the finishing touches on the ministry preparation. The day before Thanksgiving we visited the neighborhood association and signed all the final papers for the community Bible study that will begin on December 4th at 7PM. I also set up a phone number (407) 459-4424 and the website for the ministry. The website is www.YTAF.org. It links back here so one way or the other we have you covered. I haven’t written a website in years and I remind you that blind people don’t really do well when it comes to graphics. LOL But, this is fun! Please post any suggestions to the about what I can put on the site that will better help you in your faith walk.

My wife Alina and I are excited about what God is doing in our lives. we hope that we can be a blessing to you. I believe that small groups are really the model of the church. While you never know where God is going to take a ministry, I do know that if we take away the small group body ministry, we have taken away one of the main purposes of the church. ROMANS 12:5 So we, though we are a number of persons, are one body in Christ, and are dependent on one another;

Stay tuned and be blessed!
